You may enter drawings by completing a survey or registering to be a member of the Bellwether Online PanelTM.
The sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States only. You must be 13 years or older. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Winners will be required to respond to the e-mail to acknowledge receipt of the prize. If no response is obtained from the winner within 30 days, the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random. BELLWETHER INTERACTIVE decisions about winners are final.
Prizes may be substituted with a prize of equivalent value.

These Official Contest Rules are subject to change each time that the sweepstakes is conducted at the sole discretion of BELLWETHER INTERACTIVE. Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred.
Winners are selected in a random drawing that is conducted after the official closing of a survey or panel membership drive. All qualified entrants will have a chance to win one of the prizes as described in the survey, the invitation to join the panel, or on the survey invitation. The number and value of prizes vary for each survey or membership drive. Odds of winning depend on the number of completed surveys accepted in each project or on the number of new panel members registered during each membership drawing period. BELLWETHER INTERACTIVE may wish to publish the first name, first letter of last name, and location (city/state) of winners, and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide on the panelist website (accessed by other BELLWETHER INTERACTIVE panelists). However, BELLWETHER INTERACTIVE stands by its commitments of confidentiality related to panelist identity and will request written permission from each panelist prior to publicizing any names on the website.
